AI Business Assessment terms
These terms apply to the Agentic AI Business Assessment purchased through the website
voice agent, direct booking, or Stripe checkout.
Service
The AI Business Assessment is a discovery and advisory report. It includes a 20–30 minute
conversation with Annie, reviews information you provide about your business workflows, tools,
bottlenecks, and goals, then identifies practical quick wins and possible AI, automation, and
process-improvement opportunities.
Price and payment
The assessment fee is $1,200.00 AUD. Payment is collected before the intake transcript is queued
for report processing. Payment is processed by Stripe. The fee includes the assessment report and
an optional complimentary 30-minute follow-up consultation after the report is delivered.
Report scope
The report may include pain points, quick wins, effort versus impact, tool recommendations,
estimated value, and possible larger AI solution opportunities. It does not include done-for-you
implementation or larger scoped AI solutions unless separately quoted and accepted.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and appropriate information. Do not provide
passwords, API keys, payment details, regulated client records, or sensitive personal information
through the voice agent.
No guarantee
Recommendations are based on the information supplied during intake. Agentic AI does not
guarantee specific savings, revenue, conversion rates, compliance outcomes, or business results.
Refunds
Because the assessment work begins after payment and intake receipt, refunds are not available
once report processing has started, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Intake information is used to prepare your assessment and manage the customer relationship.
Sensitive information should be excluded unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
