How Agentic AI handles assessment information
This policy explains how Agentic AI collects, uses, stores, and protects information provided
through the website, chatbot, voice agent, contact forms, Stripe checkout, and assessment process.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, contact details, role, industry, team size, workflow
descriptions, software tools used, operational pain points, assessment answers, chatbot
transcripts, voice-agent transcripts, payment references, and related business context you
choose to provide.
Information not to provide
Do not provide passwords, API keys, bank details, card numbers, health records, regulated client
records, confidential customer files, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the
chatbot or voice agent.
How we use information
We use assessment information to understand your workflows, prepare your AI Business Assessment
report, identify implementation opportunities, communicate with you, process payments, maintain
records, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Agentic AI does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process
payment, billing, fraud prevention, and compliance information under its own terms and privacy
practices.
AI and service providers
Information you provide may be reviewed by Agentic AI staff and may be processed with trusted
software or AI service providers to prepare the assessment. We aim to use only the information
needed for the assessment and related services.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect assessment information from misuse, interference, loss,
unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can
be guaranteed completely secure.
Disclosure
We do not sell your assessment information. We may disclose information to service providers,
payment processors, professional advisers, or authorities where necessary to provide services,
operate the business, protect rights, or comply with law.
Access and correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to
legal and operational record-keeping requirements.
