Reports are typically ready within 48 hours of payment. The pipeline runs automatically after Stripe confirms payment, producing your tailored Presenton-generated report deck. During busy periods this may extend to 72 hours. If you're on a tight deadline, mention it during the call and we'll prioritise.

After receiving the report, you can use it to action the quick wins yourself, share it with your team or existing providers, or book the complimentary 30-minute follow-up consultation. If the report identifies a larger AI solution opportunity, we can scope that as a separate engagement — there is no obligation to proceed.

Yes. Your Presenton-generated report deck can be exported, printed, screenshotted, or forwarded by email. You can also request additional portal accounts for team members at no extra cost. For enterprise teams (10+), we offer white-label reports with your company branding.

Yes — larger AI solutions and done-for-you implementation are available as separate engagements, not included in the $1,200 assessment fee. The assessment report may identify these opportunities, and the complimentary follow-up call can be used to decide whether any are worth scoping separately.

Yes. Call data is stored in Cloudflare's Australian data centres. We do not sell or train AI models on your data. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your portal uses bank-grade Clerk authentication. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can request full data deletion within 7 business days via hello@agenticai.net.au.

Full refund available within 14 days if the call has not been conducted. After the call, the fee is non-refundable because the analysis pipeline and human review consume resources. If the report is materially incomplete or inaccurate, we will re-run the analysis and provide a revised report at no cost. Technical failures (dropped call, audio issues) are re-scheduled free of charge.
